As the CSO of Tipser I am overlooking all the sales teams in Tipser. This means I am responsible for all things commercial. We run teams focusing on customer acquisition, customer success, inventory and post sales. I love a good sales meeting, understanding our clients needs and helping them with a solution to monetise their digital real estate. I try to spend time equally distributed between my coworkers and our clients. My foremost task as a leader is to keep your back as an employee, to make sure you have then best opportunities excelling in your role and to be as available to support you as possible.
Why am I part of Tipsers journey?
I am part of the founding team of Tipser and really proud to lead an organisation of performers sharing our company values. The great benefit of having been part of our journey since the start is the opportunity to learn a little bit of everything it means to build a tech company. My days are never the same and I love the fact that I can contribute both as a leader and as a solver of things, depending on the daily needs.
