Freedom with responsibility
You're not expected to be glued to your desk from 9-5. We care a lot about the quality of your work but not a lot about where it gets done. 🤓 We aim to keep this freedom and flexible work arrangement as a permanent part of our culture, not just during Covid times.
We aim to maintain balance in the hypergrowth
We encourage you to turn off notifications on your phone. You're not expected to respond to messages outside of normal working hours. We work hard and take breaks when needed: attend yoga, go for a run, or grab a coffee with a colleague.
Supporting Tipser Families
We believe in Hypergrowth with a Heart and at the core of that is each employee’s wellbeing. Paid parental leave has multiple positive effects on the health of not only the children but also the parents. That's why we offer 6 months of fully paid parental leave to all of our employees - regardless of your gender or how you become a parent.
We want you to always be learning
In addition to a €1K/year conference budget for your own professional development, we have regularly scheduled learning and discovery events like Lunch + Learns, Lunch + LearnX (you'll have to ask us more about those 😉), the Tipser College of Knowledge and The Graduate School.
