Tipser changes the outlook of buyable content in any shape, type, or form. The highly driven tech-company (launched in 2015) is formed in Stockholm, Sweden (HQ) with offices in Wroclaw (POL) and Barcelona (ESP). As of today, we are more than 50 employees spread over those three countries. 

Tipser is a scale-up tech-company that builds and offers a groundbreaking platform that enables e-commerce on any site, bringing the consumer closer to the brand and the brand closer to the publisher. We aim to be the backbone of future e-commerce. 

Our clients are the major media houses in Scandinavia, Germany, and France. Our international expansion will continue during 2020, more countries will come, and that’s why we need YOU in our Inventory and Merchant Success Team!

Customer Service Representative

Workplace: Wrocław Rynek

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face and the voice of Tipser by handling any inquiry from both, our Merchants (brands and retailers), as well as from the end-consumers that buy products through the Tipser platform.

You will be a full-time team member of 7 people and your daily tasks will include:

  • Support customers and merchants mainly by email and also occasionally by phone(3h per day).
  • Offering our end-consumers the best possible service and maybe even up-sales? :)
  • Guide and help Merchants navigate on the Tipser Platform. 
  • Stay well-informed on current sales campaigns.
  • Understand the Tipser platform in-depth and make the best of it for our Merchants, as well as the for the end-consumers.  

In this role we think you are:

  • English (B2/C1), as we are an international team in both offices. 
  • You should understand or have basic knowledge in German, AND be fluent in either French or Swedish
  • A master of finding the right solution for us and our customers.
  • No previous experience in customer service is required, but it would be helpful if you previously worked in the customer care/service industry.
  • You work well under pressure and keep a high level of service.
  • You are very communicative, as well as problem-solving and inventive in your daily work.
  • You will be part of a working environment where you should be able to manage your time according to the workload yourself and being able to handle stress and ad-hoc matters. 
  • You are self-going and happy to pick up any challenges that our Merchants or consumers might have. 
  • You are eager to learn and curious about tech/e-commerce, Tipser being a tech-company within e-commerce.
