The Role: 

As an intern within the Merchant Partnership Team, you will learn how to successfully support our Merchants’ needs and make sure their products get distributed across Tipser platform’s surfaces in a seamless manner. Moreover you will act as the first point of contact with our merchants in order to maximize their opportunities with Tipser. You will work cross-functionally between the Merchant Partnership team and the Client Success team. 

This is a 3-month internship with the possibility for a full time role based in our Stockholm office.

As a Merchant Success Intern, you will:

  • Oversee merchant integrations with Tipser and ensure its quality assurance
  • Act as a first line of support for merchant-related issues routing them to the right person within Tipser
  • Coordinate campaign management and campaign optimization with Tipser’s KAMs 
  • Manage the communications with our merchants through multiple channels by sharing product updates, releases, market insights, campaign opportunities and more
  • Create brand pages, presenting our connected brands and retailers in the best possible way
  • Maintain and develop our merchant’s FAQs and knowledge base

We think that you are: 

  • A last year student and/or graduate of a business/marketing program with the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week (or more!)
  • A problem solver and have strong analytical skills
  • Customer focused and have a sharp attention to detail
  • A great communicator and a team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English in both speaking and writing (any other language is a big plus!)
  • Interested in turning this internship into a full-time position within a few months

  • E-commerce experience or experience within customer service or service industry
  • A passion for technology!
