The Role: 

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our global Revenue team at Tipser! In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Sales Director, and Director of Merchant Partnerships to support the forecast, deal process, and success of the sales team. As Revenue Operations Manager, you work across the commercial organization and understand the resources and needs that make a sales team succeed!

As Revenue Operating Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and revenue operations lead to sales leaders
  • Develop, track and manage the forecast process, performance analysis, metrics/KPIs to drive forecast accuracy
  • Monitor and review the Hubspot sales funnel and pipeline metrics weekly to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Own sales analytics data gathering, reporting, and improvements
  • Implement best-practices and standardization of sales processes leveraging efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure alignment of the global Sales team with overall corporate objectives, cadence, and priorities
  • Lead and assist with overall Revenue Operations projects, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure tools and systems align with internal sales processes and create training documentation to support
  • Monitor and manage contracts status (termination, execution, amendment, renewal, and true-ups) and communicate with internal stakeholders on the progress, work to resolve issues and discrepancies.

We think that you have: 

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, ideally from a global, B2B SaaS company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated success in analyzing sales-related activities that drives process improvement and increased revenue 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to create trusting relationships with business partners
  • A collaborative mindset and way of approaching your work
  • The ability to work effectively in a sometimes ambiguous environment with multiple competing deadlines

A big plus if you have:

  • Previous experience in a start-up or scale-up environment 
  • An interest and/or experience in eCommerce
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics)
