The Role: 

Become an integral part of Tipser’s Marketing team as an Event Manager.  In this role, you will have ownership over planning, coordinating, and delivering exceptional event experiences. By collaborating cross-functionally, you will have the opportunity to draw on your event management skills to realize a vision and use your expertise to put your own stamp on quality events. You will combine a meticulous level of attention to detail with creative thinking to communicate Tipser’s brand and move with us to the next stage of hypergrowth! 

This is a full-time role based in our Stockholm office.


As an Event Manager, you will:

  • Create and project manage engaging physical events that showcase Tipser as an innovative and growing scale-up.
  • Drive online webinars that transcend the digital format to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Work closely with marketing managers to develop and maintain the annual event plan for each business area.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop event concepts that showcase the Tipser brand.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors to prepare and manage impactful events by delivering a professional and captivating /user/customer/employee experience.
  • Ensure the accurate handling and preparation of event budgets.

We think that you have: 

  • At least 2-3 years experience in event management or hospitality and marketing
  • The ability to plan and execute events with minimal guidance, and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • The ability to engage with all levels of the organization, excellent relationship management abilities, and strong interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Fluency in English in both speaking and writing.
