The Role: 

This Merchant Success Manager is a critical client-facing role which provides daily support, guidance and growth opportunities to our merchants. You are responsible for delivering superior experience to our merchants while making sure their products get distributed across Tipser platform’s surfaces in a seamless manner. You will act as the first point of contact with merchants in order to maximize their opportunities with Tipser. You will work cross-functionally between the Merchant Partnership team and the Client Success team.

This is a full time role based in our Stockholm office.

As a Merchant Success Manager, you will:

  • Be the main point of contact for Merchants and grow current accounts
  • Oversee merchant integrations with Tipser and ensure the highest quality standards
  • Put together the project/time outline for the implementation of Tipser with your account
  • Educate and communicate all features of the Tipser platform to merchants
  • Act as a first line of support for merchant-related issues and routing them to the right person within Tipser
  • Coordinate campaign management and campaign optimization with Tipser’s KAMs
  • Receive and follow up on technical feedback and feature requests provided by the merchant
  • Manage communication with our merchants through multiple channels by sharing product updates, releases, market insights, campaign opportunities and more
  • Create brand pages, presenting our connected brands and retailers in the best possible way
  • Maintain and develop our Merchant FAQs and knowledge base
  • Build relationships and get creative with new solutions to grow your merchants’ business
  • Review sales performance; follow up on performance data and analytics
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives

We think that you are: 

  • A professional with 3+ years of experience in project management or sales, ideally within e-commerce 
  • Experienced in consultative sales – present key selling points while focusing on the customer’s needs - with well achieved revenue and budget goals
  • A problem solver and have strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable and experienced working with a CRM system
  • Customer focused and have a sharp attention to detail
  • A great communicator and a team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English in both speaking and writing (any other language is a big plus!)

We would like it if you have:

  • Experience working in a tech startup or scale up environment 
  • An analytical mindset with experience in reporting as well as presenting data to the management team and stakeholders
  • Established network within e-commerce, brands and merchants
  • A passion for technology!
  • A keen ability to plan and coordinate, organize, and problem-solve
  • An entrepreneurial, self-driven way of working
