The Role:

This Client Success Manager is a critical client-facing role which provides daily support, guidance and growth opportunities to our clients based in the US market. You are responsible for delivering superior experience to our clients while cultivating the relationship based on successful client onboarding, proactive account management, promoting client satisfaction, providing sales support, and supporting product training and adoption. 

Our international expansion has reached the US and we are continuing to grow in North America during 2021. Now, we need YOU on our team!

This is a full-time, mostly remote role for someone based in the tri-state or surrounding areas (NY, NJ, CT, or PA).

As a Client Success Manager, you will:

  • Be the main point of contact with US-based key accounts and grow current accounts
  • Support the Tipser sales team during new client acquisition with a focus on the US market and other relevant Tipser markets
  • Put together the project/time outline for the implementation of Tipser with your account
  • Plan, introduce, and onboard the Tipser platform with your client
  • Educate and communicate all features of the Tipser platform to your client
  • Optimise data and sales with your clients through the Tipser platform with a marketing plan, campaign schedules, and ongoing data analysis
  • Receive and follow up on technical feedback and feature requests provided by the client
  • Regular meetings and follow-ups with your client to secure sales targets and optimisation of data and performance of the Tipser platform
  • Day-to-day communication with your client to secure the KPI’s, to motivate, and inspire your client
  • Monthly budget follow-up, sales and traffic development, as well as strategy and feedback evaluation every 6 months with your client
  • Build relationships and get creative with new solutions to grow your client's business
  • Provide sales support and client training within the Tipser platform
  • Review cost and sales performance
  • Follow up on performance data and analytics
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives

We think that you have: 

  • 3-5+ years of key account and/or project management experience with a proven track record in strategic client work
  • Consultative sales experience – present key selling points while focusing on the customer’s needs
  • Sales experience in technology/digital solutions (preferably SaaS), offering a complex solution to the market
  • A passion and experience in e-commerce and/or ad-tech, as well selling digital solutions
  • Previously well achieved revenue and budget goals
  • Business level knowledge of English in speaking and writing
  • The ability and interest to work independently in the US while reporting back to HQ in Stockholm, Sweden

We would like it if you have:

  • Experience working with or in a tech startup or scale up environment 
  • An analytical mindset with experience in reporting as well as presenting data to the management team and stakeholders
  • Established network within media, publishing or (digital) advertising
  • A keen ability to plan and coordinate, organize, and problem-solve
  • An entrepreneurial, self-driven way of working
